Keycode Access Request
Nortel is making it easier for you, our US and Canadian Partners, to gain access to view and download keycodes currently
listed under a different distributor! You are now able to fill out this online form to gain access to current keycodes
for the Meridian 1, CallPilot, Symposium and Enterprise VoIP products on the Keycode Retrieval System (KRS). This will
allow you to be proactive with Nortel to ensure the most recent supporting distributor is able to access keycodes; and,
will alleviate the problem of emergency cases for keycode information. Please note the record on KRS will show the
previous reseller/partner account ID until such time as the current supporting reseller/partner orders against the site.

(1-800-466-7835) At the menu options, choose your language if prompted, then press 5, then press 1.
