This document addresses North American customers (US and Canada) who require information for obtaining repair services for products purchased from Nortel.

Submit and query the status of existing repair and return requests. This tool is for Enterprise Data, Optical, DMS, and Passport products only. You must be a customer or partner in EMEA or the US with an active service contract.
