Content Clean–up Aids in Defined Search Results

Nortel has undertaken a major effort cleaning up content on the Technical Support website. Publication guidelines are being used to help in standardizing content for Bulletins, Documentation and Software posted on the site. In Phase 1 of the clean–up, the focus has been on content related to the top 50 products accessed via the web. During the last two months:

Phase 2 and subsequent phases, focusing on content related to top products accessed, will continue throughout 2008 providing users with more defined search results.
