PCHS-2 (Procurement of Computer Hardware and Software-2) contracts were awarded in April 2002. They are mandatory for use by all Department of Veterans Affairs offices. Under the PCHS-2 Contract, Partners are able to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs with a wide variety of information technology hardware and software from a diverse group of leading industry manufacturers to support the Department of Veterans Affairs mission.
