LTLCS-3 (Long Term Life Cycle Support-3) offers Nortel's engineering and technical support including emergency technical assistance (ETAS), field support and remote diagnostics, repair and return, spare parts, Meridian Mail, system expansions, and full-system upgrades for Nortel's installed base of equipment for the United States Army and other Department of Defense (DoD) activities. LTLCS-3 is a firm-fixed price (FFP), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract. Delivery orders are awarded based upon Statements of Requirements (SORs).
