The Nortel offer includes new VoIP features based on the Nortel Web Portal, which allows SMBs to self-manage their own features, configure find me/follow me and call screening options and Meet Me conferencing, etc.
In addition to the VoIP features, IP Powered Business includes advanced multimedia services, Fixed Mobile Convergence, Unified Communications (with Microsoft and IBM desktops), and Web Services. Finally, the solution also includes the Nortel Business Services Gateway (BSG) -- an advanced SMB CPE that integrates routing, switching, mobility, security, QoS and SIP gateway capabilities for voice and data. And its PSTN switchover capability ensures business continuity.
