/ Divestiture Notification - UEIMAS and Sonoma Product Lines
On December 14th, 2001, Nortel Networks finalized the divestiture of the UE-IMAS and Sonoma businesses to Communications Test Design Inc. (CTDI).
In conjunction with the divestiture of the UE-IMAS and Sonoma businesses, Nortel Networks has discontinued service and support for the product lines (mainly composed of, but not limited to the following products: Universal Edge Intelligent Multi-Service Access System, UE-IMAS Xpress DSL, UE-IMAS Remote products, Universal Edge 610, 624, and 640 products).
CTDI will now market, sell, and support these product lines. The purchase also includes obligations without limitation for warranty, repair, training, and support for these products.
