Nortel is pleased to announce the formation of Interactive Voice Response and Speech (IVRS) exclusive user group of Nortel's Multimedia Applications for self service solutions customers. IVRS User Group (formerly called the PACE User Group) has a highly successful history dating back to 1997 when this organization was formed for client users of products aligned to meet self service technology.

IVRS is an exclusive forum for business interests as they relate to IVR and Speech Recognition technology solutions Feedback gathered from IVRS can have a positive impact to future development and will be used to improve products and solutions that meet your needs.

Michel Henault-Ethier with TD Meloche Monnex, one of our leading self-service customers in his efforts as President of the 2008-2009 IVRS SIG by joining his select committee. This committee consist of Nortel's self-service solutions customers and is responsible for helping to defining IVRS' year-round functions and events. Participation in this committee of five dedicated individuals enables a deeper development of peer networking and a chance to be more involved with many other customers.
