Enterprise & End User Communities
Nortel offers and support several user groups for its enterprise and end user customers.
The Contivity IP Services Users Group (CIPSUG) provides a forum for Contivity users to share information about the product and their experiences with it. The mission of this community is to enhance the interaction and learning exchange, while creating a connection among community members.
The Nortel Inform Community is a user group and online community focused on keeping you connected with current news and events. This site was created with community needs in mind; the Inform Community is for you, driven by you. Our goal is to provide an environment for learning, interaction and collaboration between members of all Nortel user communities and customer groups.
INSIGHT 100 is a forum for users of the MSL100 product to discuss concerns, applications, and performance related issues with NORTEL. Full membership with voting privileges is open to any organization or sub-unit thereof that has service off of a Nortel Meridian SL-100, and whose principal business is not in direct competition with Nortel.
Formerly known as the International Nortel Meridian Users Group (INNMUG), INNUA is an independent, not-for-profit incorporated association that is now extending the membership to all Nortel Enterprise customers. There are nearly 70 local chapters with more than 5000 active members wordlwide.
NNAV (Nortel Anwendervereinigung) is an independent user group for German customers which supports the innovations of networking in the areas of voice, data and convergence solutions. Users may gain privileged insight into product news & developments and forthcoming event. NNAV is also able to influence the product development through a network covering Europe, and globally through ESLUA and INNMUG.
The Packet Voice and Multimedia Users Group provides an opportunity to engage your colleagues and Nortel Subject Matter Experts (SME's) regarding Packet Voice and Multimedia technology, products and solutions. We hope to provide a forum in which members can interact and exchange information through multiple channels, including live events and virtual media. As interest in packet voice networks increases, this is an ideal way to build an understanding of the challenges and opportunities this technology presents - from members who are in similar positions.
PACE is an exclusive user group of Nortel's Multimedia Applications for self service solutions customers. PACE has a highly successful history dating back to 1997 when this organization was formed for client users of products aligned to meet self service technology.
