Converged Office includes Nortel's Communication Server 1000 which provides native SIP integration with OCS 2007 and offers key capabilities including:

• Complementary architecture: Provides a single user experience and common directory to reduce complexity

• Nortel Secure Router 4134: Designed to address challenges associated with branch office consolidation and the extension of convergence/UC applications to the branch. SR 4134 is a multipurpose router that integrates support for Microsoft's OCS 2007 along with a variety of network technologies � including WAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, Voice over IP (VoIP), Power over Ethernet (PoE) and Security into a single device. By consolidating multiple network functions, it can generate substantial operational cost savings for enterprises
