The T-Metrics PhoneGroups IP Operator Attendant Console for Communication Server 1000 and Communication Server 2100 brings the power of the PC to the operators call handling processes. The IP Consoles PC interface and strong keyboard orientation make for quick call handling and automation of common functions such as answering, transferring and dialing. Call information is readily available (i.e. informing the operator whether the caller is internal or external, a returned transfer, etc.); therefore, each operator can provide more accurate information to callers, as well as faster and more accurate transfers.
