Through the integration of an attendants Business Communications Manager (BCM) or Norstar telephone to the desktop PC as well as the provision of a user-friendly, unified interface, ConverTecs browser-based console solution,Console.NET, provides the capabilities necessary to enable attendants to efficiently answer and direct calls in an informed and professional manner.
Console.NET complements BCMs networking capabilities with its offer of a single answering position for multi-site or campus environments, with telephones at remote locations receiving the same treatment as those located locally.
Console.NETs innovative capabilities include such features as: text messaging to telephones, presence information which can be updated by an attendant or any telephone user, call waiting which facilitates interactive call control, and an XML interface for custom screen pops. Business Centers will appreciate Console.NETs Call Preview feature which prompts the attendant on how to answer each call.
Built-in reports, along with an option to upgrade to a fully featured call reporting solution with over 35 customizable reports that can be scheduled and emailed, round out this leading-edge application.
