All we ask is that you maintain a consistent level of technical expertise for the chosen Nortel solutions and the ability to offer a key range of services This partnership commitment is underpinned by the Premier Services Contract defining the expertise and competence required and specifiying the qualification criteria around laboratory and demonstration equipment.

As a specialist orgainsisation you will understand the need for key individuals trained to deliver product specific pre-sales, design, installation and maintenance support services, in fact they are the life blood of your business. The key role of our Specialist Support Partners is working with Accelerate Sales Partners to deliver a complete suite of end-to-end services for customers.

For organisations providing end-to-end customer service combined with in-house sales and marketing, network design and support services Accelerate Solutions Partner is the right designation. Your organisation has the capability to generate demand and sell Nortel solutions while also designing, supporting and maintaining those solutions.

Becoming an Accelerate Solutions Partner requires you to ensure team members are trained in sales, pre-sales and post-sales skills specific to your chosen solutions. Solutions Partners have a Service Level Agreement with Nortel ensuring Nortel provides key supporting material and sales and design packs

Accelerate Premier Distributor Partner

Nortel's Distribution Partners deliver the means for Indirect Partners to access Nortel's solution portfolio and offer a complete suite of logistic and other services including: support packages, Sales help desk, access to 'demo days' training initiatives and much more. Premier Distributors receive supporting tools from Nortel to ensure strong sales including: marketing programmes, demand generation, joint promotional campaigns plus pre-sales support. Nortel Distribution Partners actively resell Nortel's services portfolio including both AssurancePak and Complementary Assurance Service options.
