They typically have a pan-regional or national presence. They are able to provide advanced consulting and highly complex design, installation and configuration services.

Platinum partners are strategically selected for having heavily invested in their service infrastructure. These partners consider the delivery of their branded services a key aspect of their business model. Platinum partners are capable of providing first and second-level service and support for Nortel products and solutions. They deliver highly advanced services, case tracking capabilities and on-site support. They also have a live Networks Operations Centre. Help desk and field support engineers demonstrate their knowledge to support a wide range of Nortel products.

Gold nPower Partner
Gold nPower partners direct their efforts towards the large enterprise and corporate market, clearly demonstrating added value to their customers. These partners have the ability to generate and meet demand for their chosen core, enterprise and specialisation product families. They offer capabilities for advanced design, installation and configuration of their customers' networks.

Gold Partners have greatly invested in their service infrastructure and consider the delivery of their branded services a key aspect of their 'go to market' model. These partners support complex networks and are capable of providing first and second level service and support for Nortel products and solutions. Silver nPower Partner
Silver nPower partners focus on medium to large enterprise markets. These partners typically design and implement networks for medium to large commercial businesses, remote sites, branch offices and departments. They have the ability to position, generate demand for, and sell from their chosen product families.

Silver partners outsource the majority of their support functions to Nortel whilst providing their own basic business hours phone support for their customers. These partners provide a consistent level of sales and design expertise.

Distributor nPower Partner
Distributor nPower partners are typically focused on reselling Nortel equipment to the reseller community. They have the ability to position, generate demand for, and sell from their chosen product families. Distributor partners outsource their support functions to Nortel or partners with service capabilities. These partners provide a consistent level of sales expertise.

nForce Select Partner
nForce Select Partners focus on small to medium enterprise markets. These partners outsource the majority of their support functions to Nortel.

nForce Select Partners provide a consistent level of sales expertise on products that do not require authorization under the nPower program.
