The AMC Data Connector for Nortel's Host Data Exchange (HDX) provides routing recommendations and data dips based on business application data. This allows organizations to route calls to the best agent or agent group based on CRM business activities in Microsoft CRM, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com, SAP or Siebel. It also enables enhanced screen pops and more responsive IVR scripts by adding CRM data to Nortel call information.
