Voice Watch provides automated monitoring via test calls to Contact Center Systems. The calls are generated every 15 minutes, 24X7 to check for operational fault conditions. The interval test calls generated approximately every 15 minutes, are placed into the system (IVR and CTI/Contact Center) with specific audio treatment to validate operational health. The test result is a binary pass or system failure/fault state. The test call is either processed as expected by delivering a positive test result or an alarm condition is detected and raised. Test calls are conducted in a manner that insures no disruption of normal service. This is done by having Voice Watch call a dedicated Control Directory Number(s) to a test script that allows for special treatment to insure the desired functionality is being met. The test script defines a single call flow application against which the test call is made.

The Developer Product listed is verified in a laboratory environment as compatible with the indicated Nortel Product for a term of one (1) year from the date the Compatibility Test Audit was successfully completed as indicated above, until the Developer issues a new version of such Developer Product that incorporates new features or functionality or until Nortel issues a new version of such Nortel Product that incorporates new features or functionality, whichever occurs first.
