The PhoneGroups™ IP Busy Lamp Field (BLF) Server for CS 1000 enables operators to view the real-time status of hundreds of extensions. Used in conjunction with the T-Metrics PhoneGroups PCCIU, IP for CS 1000, M2250, CTIA and MCA Consoles, it provides status of up to 800 extensions. BLF status information informs operators when an extension is idle, engaged in a call, or if the extension has a call on hold. BLF information enables operators to expedite call processing and provide callers with immediate status information to aid them in determining the destination of the call

The Developer Product listed is verified in a laboratory environment as compatible with the indicated Nortel Product for a term of one (1) year from the date the Compatibility Test Audit was successfully completed as indicated above, until the Developer issues a new version of such Developer Product that incorporates new features or functionality or until Nortel issues a new version of such Nortel Product that incorporates new features or functionality, whichever occurs first.
