The AMC product suite provides verified, pre-packaged integration that delivers real-time connectivity between PeopleSoft CRM and Nortel contact center solutions, including Communication Server 1000, Business Communication Manager (BCM) and Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS). This integration enables telephony functionality in the PeopleSoft agent desktop allowing agents to place, receive, and transfer interactions with full, real-time access to customer data maintained within PeopleSoft CRM. Support is provided through standard Nortel CTI server interfaces including Nortel Communication Control Toolkit (NCCT) and LAN CTE for BCM.
