T-Metrics provides advanced telephone call management system in the first fully integrated, cost-effective, PC software package for the Nortel IP Phone 2004 on a Nortel Communication Server 2000 (CS 2000) equipped with I/SN07 or Communication Server 2100 (CS 2100) equipped with SE07-SE09. The IP Console for CS 2000/2100 automates the routine steps the operator performs, saving the operator significant time and effort. The available features include: quick name look-ups; various search options of multiple databases for callers who can provide only minimal details about the person he/she is trying to reach; the Information Directory; call reports; recording of calls; and pre-recorded standard greetings to deliver consistent and professional first impressions to callers.
