Compatible Product configuration and testing notes for E911 Manager by RedSky Technologies, Inc. with Communication Server 1000 E/M


Note that E911 Manager version 5.4.2 does not allow a user to delete PBX information in " Define Phone Switch Connectivity".
When attempting to manually delete ELIN records in "Review ELIN E-911 location data", if the ELIN record number is less than 20, E911 Manager will display an error after deleting the final ELIN: "An unexpected error occured in processing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator". This issue has been corrected in version 5.4.3.

Note that E911 Manager version 5.4.2 will not update a phone’s location when the IP address of an IP phone is changed to another subnet which has a pre-defined ERL. This is the intended operation of E911 Manager.

Note that E911 Manager version 5.4.2 maintains information about IP sets (DN, location) even after these sets have unregistered from the CS 1000 Call Server. This is the intended operation of E911 Manager.
