Compatible Product configuration and testing notes for E911 Manager by RedSky Technologies, Inc. with Communication Server 2100


1. EON notification for Line to Line calls is not available in E911 Manager release 5.4.1. This functionality is planned for inclusion in the next E911 Manager product release, 5.4.2.

2. EON notification for Trunk to Line calls is not available in E911 Manager release 5.4.1. This functionality is planned for inclusion in the next E911 Manager product release, 5.4.2.

3. In E911 Manager release 5.4.1, the following functionalities were considered lower priority and were not verified through compatibility testing:

- EON notification for Trunk to Trunk calls
- EON notification for calls originating on an Attendant Console
- EON notification for calls terminated using the Communication Server 2100 Line PSAP feature

4. It is recommended that downloads from Communication Server 2100 be scheduled only during periods of low activity to avoid possible impacts to system response time for other users.
