Compatible Product configuration and testing notes for Alliance MX by IPC Information Systems with Communication Server 2100
Open Issues from the Interoperability testing:
1) Call Forward No Reply - 503 Service Unavailable (intermittent problem){Note 1}
2) Call Progress Tone not provided to Originator of Call. (specific forwarding scenario)
3) Call Connection Information Not Passed to the Calling Party. (RFC 4916 not supported on the CS2100 at this time)
4) Call Forward Loop: when two phones are forwarded to each other
5) Attended Transfer Speech Path Not Established (specific forwarding scenario)
6) Overlap Signaling is not supported by Alliance at this time
Note 1:
During testing an issue was seen when using the CFNR feature. We have been unable to reproduce this, so if you see issues with this feature in your implementation please contact your support teams to assist in resolution.
