Compatible Product configuration and testing notes for BLC 6000 series by Occam Networks with Communication Server 1500


The test effort verified a basic level of interoperability between the Occam BLC release 5.3 R2 P3 and Nortel’s Communication Server 1500 (CS 1500) Release 1. This successful testing establishes the Occam BLC as a Nortel compatible product for the releases tested. Testing included basic communication and basic call functionality between the devices. It is the service provider’s responsibility to perform appropriate system and network integration of the Occam BLC with the CS 1500 based on their network deployment requirements.
