The test effort verified a basic level of interoperability between the SIPquest Mobile Console, Release 1.1, and Nortel’s Application Server 5200, (fka MCS 5200) Release 3.0. This successful testing establishes the SIPquest Mobile Console as a Nortel compatible product for the releases tested. Testing included basic communication and basic call functionality between the devices. It is the service provider’s responsibility to perform appropriate system and network integration of the SIPquest Mobile Console with the Application Server 5200 based on their network deployment requirements.

Observations:

The SIPquest Mobile Console does not support G.729 audio codec.
The SIPquest Mobile Console does not support Consultative Call Transfer using MAS conferencing.

- Ad-hoc Call Conferencing Creation as SIPquest Mobile Console does not support in Release 1.1
- Restrictions as SIPquest Mobile Console does not support in Release 1.1.
- Instant Messaging as SIPquest Mobile Console does not support in Release 1.1.
