Compatible Product configuration and testing notes for Trio Enterprise by Trio Information Systems AB with Communication Server 1000 E/M


Note:
   
   Instructions below were followed to get the patch MPLR24241 issue 1 in service. If the instructions below are not followed there will be database corruption and the system has to be reinstalled with previous working database.
   
   Also note that this patch is required to get ICP working.
   
   Instructions:
   
1.   Remove the ICP configuration from OVL 15
2.   Remove the TTY configuration related to ICP in OVL 17
3.   Take database dump in OVL 43
4.   Install the patch MPLR24241 and activate it
5.   Sysload the Call Server
6.   When the system comes up reconfigure the ICP configuration

   
   Patch MPLR24331 issue 5 which superseded MPLR24241 issue 1 did not work for ICP and therefore should not be used. Change Request Q01828447 has been raised to get MPLR24331 modified.
