Compatible Product configuration and testing notes for Intuition Agent by Datapulse with Communication Control Toolkit (CCT)


The testing was carried out on CS1000 Rls 4.5 M. However compatiblty has been extended to cover versions E/S of the CS1000. As we believe their will be no issues as a result.

Also integrators should be aware that when the number plan on the Intuition Agent does not match the number plan on the switch, extending the call produces the error message in the IA interface ”Error to connect”. This does not affect the console’s ability to transfer the call.

Datapulse will document in their installation checklist the need to match up the number plans. In addition, they will add the information regarding the error to their FAQs and online help for this product. Needless to say, in a subsequent release, they will remove this error from the interface as it provides no useful feedback to the user.
