Compatible Product configuration and testing notes for Progression Enterprise by Datapulse with Communication Server 1000 E/M



There were three issues that where found during the testing session and Datapulse would raise cases for those issues. The details are as follows
1.   When Progression Server sends high priority broadcast alert message to i2007 while on a call, the call is one-way only on retrieving the call from hold.

2.   When Progression Server sends high priority broadcast alert message to 1120E, 1140E and i2007 while on a hands-free call, the message is played to handset not the speaker.

3.   When the user dials another phone from one of the Progression applications on an 1150E, the call is one-way only and the incoming voice is to the 1150E’s speaker.

Apart from these cases raised please find other observations during the testing captured in the comments section against respective test cases.

Also the end customer should be aware that this product was tested with Unistim Version 2.2. Currently not compatible with 3.0
