How do I obtain these toolkits?
Development toolkits and specifications are made available to registered members of the Developer Program via download from within the Enterprise Segment of the Members Center of the Developer Program website. Access to the Member Center is provided only after membership is activated.
(Member login required)

Most toolkits are subject to separate purchase and/or license agreement prior to download. Pricing and ordering processes associated with each toolkit are detailed within the Toolkits section of the Member Center. Once the rights to acquire the toolkit has been established through purchase and/or license, the appropriate ID and password for downloading that toolkit will be sent to the Developer Member.

Why won't my Members Center password let me download the toolkit/spec that I want?
Each toolkit has a unique ID and password combination that is provided upon purchase of the toolkit. These passwords are specific to each item and will not work for any other toolkit or protected area of the website.

Is Technical Support available for these toolkits and interfaces?
Active program members may utilize developer support labs to obtain fee-based technical support and direction during the development and integration stages of their product delivery cycle. Technical support is made available in several methods, including telephone, email, in-lab testing and on-site support. Contact details for technical support are provided upon activation of membership.
