No. All technical support and lab services are fee-based activities that will incur additional costs.
Does membership guarantee my ability to complete Compatibility Testing?
Formal compatibility testing in pursuit of the Nortel Compatible Product designation may be requested by
members of the Developer Program who are developing products/solutions for sale to the public marketplace.
Compatibility Testing is a formal process that is governed by a contract and payment of applicable testing
fees. A company must submit a formal request for compatibility testing, to be reviewed and approved by Nortel.
Further, Nortel will not perform formal compatibility testing on any product that has not already
demonstrated interoperability with the Nortel system with which the member seeks to test.
