List of Frequently Asked Questions:
Does the Developer Program offer a purchase program for Lab Equipment?
Yes! The Developer Program has established a discounting program, the Development Equipment Purchase
Program (DEPP), in partnership with selected, authorized Nortel Resellers. This process provides
increased flexibility for purchasing equipment in that there purchases no longer tied to standard bundles
(note: some limitations do exist, and are highlighted in the DEPP Order Guide).
The DEPP Order Guide may be downloaded from the Members Center.
(Member login required)
Equipment purchased through the DEPP is primarily intended to be used as lab equipment, but may also
be used in demo centers, training facilities and tradeshows for the marketing of members' products.
Equipment purchased through the DEPP may NOT be used for production environments, nor resold.
Does the Developer Program have an equipment Lease or Loaner program?
The Developer Program does not sponsor nor support a lease or loaner program for development, testing
or other purposes.

Information on the DEPP is made available only to members of the Developer Program. Members may
obtain information on the DEPP by downloading the latest DEPP Order Guide from the Program Documentation
section of the Member Center website.

Is this program valid in all regions?
The DEPP is currently supported by the Developer Program in two regions, North America (including U.S.
and Canada) and EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, & Africa). After reviewing the program information and terms
of eligibility in the DEPP Guide, Developer Program members may submit requests for additional information
to the Developer Program at devprog@nortel.com, indicating the region of interest. Companies will then
be directed to the appropriate regional Developer Program contact.
