The DMS-250 / DMS-500 Users Group is the primary information resource for users of Nortel Networks DMS-250 and DMS-500 switches. The users group was established to provide service providers and Nortel Networks with a structured method of communication, enabling discussions on applications, problems and solutions, and sharing of experiences and expertise regarding DMS-250 and DMS-500 equipment.

The DMS 250 / DMS 500 Users Group is evolving into a customer community, which will broaden support for the entire DMS base and provide better communication and interaction with our customers. We will use the new technologies available to communicate, deliver information and increase the benefits to everyone. This includes moving the DMS Users Group website onto the My Nortel Networks.

There are no registration or annual fees to be a DMS-250 / DMS-500 Users Group member.
