  • As a criterion for membership - a consultant is defined as an independent person or company whose primary business is in evaluating and recommending communications solutions and technologies for their clients in the United States of America and Canada. They are not an end-user (customer) and are independent in that they have no direct or contractual affiliation with a manufacturer (including Nortel) nor do they sell, install or service systems and equipment for their clients.
