Welcome to the Nortel Networks Consultant Liaison Program
As a criterion for membership - a consultant is defined as an independent person or company whose primary business is in evaluating and recommending communications solutions and technologies for their clients in the United States of America and Canada. They are not an end-user (customer) and are independent in that they have no direct or contractual affiliation with a manufacturer (including Nortel Networks) nor do they sell, install or service systems and equipment for their clients. If you sell/install products, service customer systems, a supplier or develop applications, please check the Partnerships and Programs website for more information. Membership offers the consultant an information source of current technical product information, documentation, briefings, presentations or demonstrations for themselves and their clients. Although support is focused on the products and solutions for the enterprise level end-user space, the Consultant Relations Team assists members with support and information across all Nortel Networks business units. We are committed to offering members a valuable partnership, helping the recommending consultant identify requirements and meet the needs of their clients. Membership enables consultants by providing access to up-to-date information regarding Nortel Networks products, services and solutions which allows them to support their clients. The Consultant Relations Team organizes/promotes product briefings, conferences, seminars and web casts etc. to update the members about Nortel product(s). Members can take advantage of or have access to the 1-800-4Nortel contact center support specialists, our secure website community, technical documentation, white papers, spec sheets, engineering guides and will receive a monthly email communications in addition to developing relationships with the Consultant Relations Team and with local Nortel Networks regional and branch Account Managers and Engineers.
