How to Join the CIPSUG Community on My Nortel Networks First you must join My Nortel Networks: Go to http://my.nortelnetworks.com and select the register button from the left navigation bar. After you register you will be given your own User ID and password, be sure to write this information down as you will use it to access all communities on My Nortel Networks. Once you have a User ID and password, login to the My Nortel Networks website; you must login to complete the registration process for the Contivity IP Service Users Group on My Nortel Networks. Admission to My Nortel Networks will be immediate. Then, you can request membership in the Contivity IP Service Users Group by: Filling out and submiting the How to Join form for access to the Contivity IP Service Users Group on My Nortel Networks. Admission to the Contivity IP Service Users Group on My Nortel Networks will take 48-72 hours. There are no registration or annual fees to be a CIPSUG member, and membership is open to end-user individuals or organizations that subscribe to Contivity products and services.
