Eligible Schools

To participate in the Nortel Technology Solutions Academy (NTSA), your school must be recognized or accredited as an institution of higher learning. Since no single international accrediting body exists, all applications will be reviewed on an individual basis. Nortel reserves the right to turn down Nortel Technology Solutions Academy applicants.

  1. Complete and submit the NTSA application form.
  2. Once we have reviewed and approved your application you will receive a NTSA welcome kit providing details of the next steps.
    1. Included in the welcome kit is the NTSA license agreement
  3. Upon return of the signed license agreement, you will receive login information to access the courseware as well as detailed information on labs and administering Nortel certification exams.
  4. The application form and license agreement are not a commitment to teach the NTSA curricula but will allow you to do so after you have reviewed and completed the program requirements.
    1. Each curriculum has an associated certification exam. In order to teach the course, instructors must pass the certification exam prior to delivering the course material.
    2. Upon completion of the Instructor Certification requirements you will be provided access to additional materials such as student guides and teaching aids.
  5. We recommend that all NTSA member schools purchase the optional labs and support services. Details about the labs are available on the NTSA secure site.
