To access the guides directly from Technical Support using Technical Support navigation, complete the following steps:

>Visit www.nortel.com/support
> Click on the "Browse Product Support" tab
> Click on "Products A-Z"
> Click on the letter "I" (for "i2002 Internet Telephone")
> Click on "Documentation" under the product of choice (For example, "i2002 Internet Telephone")
> Click on the link to the Interactive User Guide (For example, "IP Phone 2000 series Interactive User Guide for CS1000")
