What is RSS?
Really Simple Syndication, or RSS, is an XML-based web syndication tool for web sites and blogs. RSS repackages web content and delivers it directly to an RSS reader. This reader, or aggregator, allows the content to be delivered directly to a selected web-based reader or desktop application.
How do I start using RSS feeds?
Nortel RSS feeds require an RSS-aware program, called a 'news reader' or 'aggregator', which allows you to display and subscribe to a selected RSS feed. Several options are available, and some are accessible using a web browser or downloadable application.
After selecting a news reader, choose the content you want. Pages that offer an RSS feed display this orange RSS/XML icon:
