      Q. How do I place an order?
      A. First you must turn off any Pop Up Blockers and then follow the steps below.

      1. Click the "Buy Online" link in the right-side navigation bar on the product webpage
      2. A new browser window will open listing the available models for the selected product
      3. Click the "Buy" button for the model you wish to purchase
      4. You will then be asked if you wish to purchase additional support services. If so, check the "Select" button and then "Continue"
      5. You will then see a list of Nortel authorized online partners that have your selected product available along with the partner's pricing and "In Stock" status.
      6. Select which partner you wish to purchase from by clicking the "Buy" button. From there you will be taken to the online partner's website to complete your purchase.
