Flex Hours and Teleworking

Nortel places emphasis on whether a job is done well, not where and when it is done. The "Flex Hours" philosophy applies to many jobs at Nortel. Employees in these jobs are able to set their own working hours and telework when necessary. This flexibility allows employees to better integrate their work into their lives.
