The e-Net tool has been decommissioned.

Configuration Functionality

The e-Net Configuration tool has been replaced by the DesignXpert Nortel Networks Edition design and configuration tool and the Nortel Networks Enterprise Configurator (NNEC). DesignXpert contains all the product content of e-Net including BCM. NNEC supports only the BCM product. NNEC should be used by partners requiring configuration of BCM within a voice network. DesignXpert should be used by partners requiring configuration of BCM as part of their data network.

DesignXpert is an advanced configuration and network design tool for quoting data network solutions. The Nortel Networks Edition includes all the functionality of the Netformx DesignXpert Standard Edition for network solutions of up to 100 devices.

Order Status Functionality

The e-Net Order Status tool has been replaced by an enhanced Nortel Networks Order Status (NNOS) tool. NNOS provides users with real-time information about scheduling, shipping and invoicing of their Enterprise portfolio orders. Other functionality enhancements include:

  • Real-time order information (for data product orders only)
  • Invoice printing
  • Email notifications (for data product orders only)
  • Order date range queries (for data product orders only)
  • User administration
  • Reporting capabilities - query backlog and shipment reports (for data product orders only)

Note: In order to expedite Order Status searches, please fill out a "User Profile" the first time you visit NNOS. The User Profile link is in the left-hand navigation bar. You are only required to provide your region and product search preferences. Utilizing the User Profile feature will greatly improve system response time.

GPPC is a web-based application for searching, browsing and downloading regional MSRP and WPP price information.
