Five winners of the Enterprise Customer Recognition Awards were announced at INNUA's Global Connect last month. These companies were recognized for embracing Nortel's unified communications solutions within their businesses.
The Enterprise Transformation award went to Barclays for its contact center transformation in Europe where they have been able to drive savings and increase efficiency of its employees.
The award for Sustained Excellence was presented to Orlando Health (formerly Orlando Regional Healthcare), a private, not for profit hospital, for automating its patient discharge process.
