At over 2 million square feet, Nortel Carling campus is the largest R&D campus in Canada. Located in Canada's capital city of Ottawa, Ontario, Nortel is Canada's leading innovator, accounting for over 85% of the country's telecom sector R&D. The Carling campus is Nortel R&D center of excellence. With approximately 6000 employees, this location holds the largest concentration of Nortel employees in the world.
