Nortel has opened a brand new Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) at its Maidenhead location to showcase the value proposition of its Enterprise solutions. It aims to help our customers realise the business benefits of its technology and expertise.

The Maidenhead Office Park EBC will focus on providing organisations with solutions on how revenue opportunities and increased levels of service can be achieved by eliminating barriers to efficiency, productivity and growth. The new EBC will be the fifth to open in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and will operate in tandem with the other centres in Galway (Ireland), Harlow (UK), Frankfurt (Germany) and Chateaufort near Paris (France).

The EBC environment offers sophisticated, highly-advanced facilities and allows customers to meet with subject matter experts and designers from Nortel in a wide range of technical and industry demonstration areas. Facilities at the EBC include:

• Three dedicated meeting rooms
• Five demonstration areas:

  • Branch Office
  • Home Office
  • Mobile Worker
  • Showcase Suite
• Equipment room with Enterprise Solutions and all the latest hardware
• Audio/Visual facilities in all areas
• Wireless LAN for employee hot desking
• DSL Internet for visitor VPN
• Analogue PSTN for visitor remote access

Nortel has a solid understanding of the challenges businesses face and an EBC visit will efficiently and clearly communicate the Nortel products and solutions to address customer needs. For the visit, we will co-develop a customised agenda, supported with appropriate speakers, tours and demonstrations.
