- Communicate your concerns to the Nortel Board of Directors:
You may communicate directly with the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board, or an individual Director, including the Chairman of the Audit Committee, by writing to his or her attention in care of the Corporate Secretary at Nortel Networks Corporation, 5945 Airport Road, Suite 360, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L4V 1R9. Mark your envelope "Private and Confidential - Complaint." All such correspondence will be forwarded to the director(s) to whom your correspondence is addressed. Any communication that relates to accounting, internal accounting controls, or financial matters will also be referred to the Chairman of the Audit Committee, if not already addressed to him or her.
